RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
All sales are final. Returns are for store credit only. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns of any of the fine jewelry items for refund. However, you may return your item for an exchange if one of the following apply:
All returns & exchanges must be received prior to processing return payment OR sending out an item(s) in exchange for the returned item(s).
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an Authorization Number within 14 days of the purchase date.
To ship, please send to the address listed below. Please ensure that items are shipped back their original box. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method with a signature required since Csilla, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been placed, so please ensure that your address is correct and you are available at that address to receive the order.
Csilla, Inc. takes no responsibility for goods lost due to incorrect shipping details.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-ship to you. However, the reshipping may be at an extra cost depending on the reason it was returned to us.
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
Csilla Jewelry ships with USPS and/or efficient global courier services that provide mail-tracking options. We suggest you using a trackable shipping method when sending your items back to us. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE FAULTY JEWELRY?
If you received a defective or damaged item – we apologize in advance, and we will replace this piece as quickly as possible. Every purchase is under a one year warranty.
Please email us at email@example.com with a picture of the faulty item, and our customer service team will assist you promptly.
Immediately after the exchange is approved by our customer service team, we will notify you via email of your return label for you to return the faulty items, and once we received it from you, we will send you a replacement item - free of charge.
